Can I advertise my own house privately?
Yes. Any registered RightPlace user can advertise their own property for sale or to rent — no estate agent required.
Do I need an estate agent?
No. You can list and advertise the property yourself. RightPlace is an advertising platform that connects you with interested buyers and tenants; we don't act as an estate agent.
Do I need a solicitor?
Yes — we strongly recommend it. A qualified solicitor should handle the legal process, including contracts, title checks, deposits and conveyancing.
How much does it cost?
A private listing costs €39.99 per property — for both residential and commercial, for sale or to rent.
How long does my listing stay live?
Private seller listings stay live for 90 days. After that the listing expires and you can renew it.
Can I list commercial property?
Yes. You can advertise commercial property for sale or to let at the same price as a residential listing.
How many properties can I list?
You can have up to 5 active private listings at one time, across residential and commercial combined.
Does RightPlace handle offers or deposits?
No. RightPlace is an advertising platform only. We do not negotiate, manage offers, handle deposits or complete the transaction — that's between you, the other party and your solicitors.
