Can I sell my own house privately?
Yes. Any registered RightPlace user can advertise their own property for sale directly as a private seller — no estate agent required.
Do I need an estate agent?
No. You can list and advertise the property yourself. RightPlace is an advertising platform that connects you with interested buyers; we don't act as an estate agent.
Do I need a solicitor?
Yes — we strongly recommend it. A qualified solicitor should handle the legal sale process, including contracts, title checks, deposits and conveyancing.
How much does it cost?
A private seller listing costs €79.99 per property — for both residential and commercial listings.
How long does my listing stay live?
Private seller listings stay live for 90 days. After that the listing expires and you can renew it.
Can I list commercial property?
Yes. You can advertise commercial property for sale as a private seller at the same price as residential.
How many properties can I list?
You can have up to 2 active private seller listings at one time, across residential and commercial combined.
Does RightPlace handle offers or deposits?
No. RightPlace is an advertising platform only. We do not negotiate, manage offers, handle deposits or complete the sale — that's between you, the buyer and your solicitors.
