How do I contact RightPlace support?
Email us at hello@RightPlace.ie. We read every message and aim to reply within one business day.
I forgot my password — what should I do?
Use the sign-in pageand choose forgot password. If you still can't access your account, email us with the address you registered with.
How do I report a suspicious or incorrect listing?
Open the listing on RightPlace and use the report option on the page. Our team reviews reports and may pause listings that breach our terms.
I'm a private seller — where can I get help?

For buyers & renters
How do I search for a property?
Use the search bar on the homepage — enter a county, town, area or Eircode, then narrow it down with price, beds, baths and property type. You can switch to Map View to browse on a map.
Do I need an account to browse?
No — searching and viewing listings is completely free and open. You only need a free account to favourite properties, save searches, set alerts, contact agents or book viewings.
How do I save properties I like?
Tap the heart on any listing to add it to your favourites. You'll find them all under the heart icon (My favourites) when signed in.
How do I get alerted to new listings?
Run a search, then tap "Save search". We'll keep it under Saved searches and notify you when new matching properties are listed.
How do I contact an agent or book a viewing?
Open a listing and use "Contact agent" to send an enquiry, or "Book a viewing" to choose from the agent's published times.
Is RightPlace free for buyers and renters?
Yes — it's free to search, save, set alerts and contact agents.
How do I manage or delete my data?
Go to My account to export a copy of your data or delete your account at any time.
For estate agents
How do I list a property?
Create an Estate Agent account, set up your company, then go to Dashboard → New listing. See List your property.
How much does it cost?
Agent plans start at €149/month. See full pricing & plans, plus optional add-ons like featured listings.
Do I need a PSRA licence?
Yes — a valid PSRA licence number is required to register an agency and publish listings, in line with Irish property regulations.
How do I add my staff?
The agency owner or admin creates staff accounts from Dashboard → Team. Staff don't sign up themselves — you create their login and share it with them.
How do I get verified?
New agencies are reviewed before going live. Once approved, your listings publish publicly. You can set everything up while you wait for approval.
How do leads and enquiries work?
Enquiries from your listings land in Dashboard → Leads, and you also get an email notification so you can respond quickly.
How do I manage viewings?
Publish viewing times under Dashboard → Viewings. Buyers and renters can book a slot directly from your listing, and bookings appear on your viewings page.
How do I promote a listing?
Open Dashboard → Listings and click Promote on any listing to feature it (a paid boost) so it appears higher in search with a Featured badge.
